After having firmly shaken up the fashion world with collections that effortlessly fuse romanticism, vintage, futurism and sheer eclecticism, Alessandro Michele has since applied his iconoclastic vision to furniture. Furnishings, accessories, tableware and candles all dressed up in vibrant colours, simplistic drawings and decorative figures merrily take up the principal influences as seen in his ready-to-wear collections.
The prolific Roman designer launched his first fragrance just a few weeks ago and continues imposing his innovative vision. For Gucci Décor he has developed a line of porcelain tableware produced at the Richard Ginori factory opened in 1735, four perfumed candles and incense as well as a wallpaper collection.
Integrated into the furnishings of the house boutiques, the Gucci Décor line will be available in Gucci outlets.
